Practice covers wide spectrum of civil litigations, commercial practices, property transactions, and wills and probate

Experience

Norman Chui has handled and advised clients on a wide range of civil litigations. He has advised property developers on and handled project sale of properties. He has also handled conveyancing on different types of properties in Hong Kong. Norman Chui has also acted as professional administrators and trustees for estates and trust and advised clients on probate litigations.

He has experience in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, shareholders agreements as well as sale and purchase of shares and companies for local and overseas clients. He also has experience in providing due diligence services and issuing legal opinion for commercial transactions.
